THE ORIENT QUARTZ STONE LIMITED 10 YEARS COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

The Orient Quartz Stone that were installed by an authorised installer are covered by a 10-year limited warranty. This warranty applies to the installed products and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

YOUR WARRANTY AND HOW TO REGISTER THE WARRANTY

1) The warranty will only apply to the products that have been registered through the Orient Quartz Stone website. In order to be eligible, the personal information and installation details of the products must have been submitted within 28 days after the installation.

2) The warranty will start to apply after the installation date and the payment has been made in full.

3) The warranty will only be valid if the provided information is correct.

4) The Orient Quartz Stone warrants, if any defects that might arise from the original manufacturing process of slabs for 10 years from the time of installation.

5) If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the product, Orient Quartz Stone may either clean or remove the defect or provide a refund of the original amount paid in exchange for the defective material. Orient Quartz Stone will not be able to guarantee a product’s exact colour match.

6) The Orient Quartz Stone does not assume any liability for the additional costs associated with the installation, transportation, or fabrication of the products. This warranty only applies to the materials’ costs.

7) The Orient Quartz Stone warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product, as it was initially installed at their registered address.

8) No liability shall be accepted by Orient Quartz Stone for any loss or damage caused by any kind of negligence, whether caused by the design defect, improper use, or any other issue. This warranty clearly states the Orient Quartz Stone’s liability and does not include implied rights or obligations.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

9) Owners of the product must notify Orient Quartz Stone about any issues related to the material within 28 days of the occurrence of the defect. Orient Quartz Stone will not take any claims without proof of the purchase and payment.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

10) The Orient Quartz Stone warranty does not cover the installation or the fabrication of the product. It does not cover the defects that might occur during the process of the fabrication or the lack of support.

11) The Orient Quartz Stone warranty does not cover the damages that may occur from the work that was carried out by a third party.

12) In addition, the Orient Quartz Stone warranty doesn’t cover the damage caused by impact marks from heavy or sharp objects that can scratch, chip, or break the surface of the product. This includes the corners and edges of the material.

13) Orient Quartz Stone’s warranty does not cover installations with visible defects.

If a specific cleaning agent is needed to remove a mark or stain, then please contact Orient Quartz Stone through website or by calling us.

Orient Quartz Stone does not recommend the use of chemical sealants on its quartz surfaces.

15) The Orient Quartz Stone warranty does not extend to the deformation of the material caused by thermal variance, which can occur due to extreme cold or excess heat.

16) The Orient Quartz Stone warranty does not cover the materials that have been exposed to persistent or strong UV light.

17) This warranty does not cover losses or damage that are caused by circumstances outside Orient Quartz Stone’s control.
